I am leaving this flat on 19th, July, the landlord want to spend some days to clean it after that, so it will be ready around 1st, August, I believe there won't be a problem if you want to move in earlier:) this is quite a nice 3-bed room flat with a really quiet beautiful neighborhood in Tapai utca. there are 2 other girls living here, both hungarian and very nice persons, no smoking, no bad habit. one of them is University student, the other one is working in the library. The rent here is also very reasonable. Utilities will be shared every month(the rent will be 14000-16000frint/month).
