A beautiful and comfy apartment for rent in what is one of Miskolc’s most quietest parts, with a wonderful view rare for the city, from top floor of a three story brick building. Completely renovated, hardwood floors, new modern appliances in kitchen and bathroom. A comfortable living room, good study/work space, plenty of storage space. Close proximity to downtown, convenient transportation to Miskolc University and around town. The landlord is very sweet and accommodating.
I lived in the flat for an year, for the duration of an anthropological research project I carried out in the city and am sad to have to sublet as my work takes me elsewhere. I hope the apartment can be a happy home for someone else moving to or within Miskolc, where finding a truly livable rental space is actually somewhat challenging. Rent is 150 Eur (40,000Huf) per month plus utilities, which come to about another 100Eur (lower in the summer months), including fast-speed internet and cable TV. Email soon!
